Recreation Guidelines & Code of Conduct

  • For everyone: Recreation programs are open to church members and the surrounding community. We welcome guests with the same warmth we'd give our own families.
  • Sportsmanship: Coaches, parents, and players agree to a code of conduct emphasizing respect, encouragement, and Christ-honoring behavior on and off the field.
  • Coach screening: All coaches working with minors complete background checks, reference checks, and child-safety training before the first practice.
  • Two-adult rule: No coach is ever alone with a child who is not their own. We staff every practice and game with multiple adults.
  • Liability waiver: Participants in athletic programs sign a standard activity-release form at the time of registration.
  • Refund policy: Registration fees are refundable in full up to 7 days before the season starts; partial refunds may be available for medical reasons after that. Contact office@apostoliclighthousechurch.org.
  • Photography: Action photos may be taken for church publications. We do not publish identified photos of minors online without written parental consent.
