This is the website of Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 1697 West 6th Street, Waldron, Arkansas 72958. By using this site you agree to the points below. They're short on purpose.

You agree not to:

• Try to break, overload, or scrape the site.
• Submit automated form spam or abuse the prayer / contact / RSVP forms.
• Use someone else's name or email address to submit a form or sign in.
• Use the site to harass, threaten, or defame anyone.
• Use any content from the site (sermons, photos, written content) commercially without our permission.

Bible quotations, sermon teaching, and church-published content may be shared freely for personal or non-commercial ministry use. Please credit the church.

If you create a member account, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in details to yourself. We use magic-link sign-in (a one-time link emailed to you) by default. If you ever think someone else has access to your account, email hello@apostoliclighthousechurch.org.

RSVPs are a courtesy to help us plan. If you can't make it, please cancel from the member portal or email us. Capacity-limited events may move late RSVPs to a waitlist; you'll be notified by email if a seat opens up.

Online giving, when enabled, is processed by Stripe. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law or where a clear error has occurred — in either case, email us and we'll work it out in good faith.

Apostolic Lighthouse Church is a 501(c)(3) religious organization. Tax receipts are provided for qualifying gifts in accordance with IRS guidelines.

We try to keep service times, event listings, and contact information up to date. If something is wrong or outdated, please let us know — but we can't promise the site is error-free at every moment, and we aren't liable for losses that come from acting on outdated information here. When in doubt, call the church.

The site links to third-party services like YouTube, Stripe, Google Maps, and others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or policies.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Apostolic Lighthouse Church and its volunteers, staff, and ministry partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. The site is provided “as is.”

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Scott County, Arkansas, or the relevant federal district.

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've accepted the new terms.
